Every mode runs on the same engine, so the rules are identical everywhere.
Against the computer
Three AI players, three levels. On Hard the computer does not miss a chance to cut your token.
Pass N Play
One phone, two to four people. Hand the phone to the next player when their turn comes.
Classic
Full Ludo — four tokens, out of the yard on a six, win when every token reaches home.
Quick
Two tokens, and either a 1 or a 6 gets a token out. Built for a short break.
Features
Everything a good Ludo game should have
Turn timer
Off, 10, 20 or 30 seconds. When time runs out the move plays itself, so the game never stalls.
Three speeds
Normal, Fast or Turbo. Both the animation and the computer's thinking time change with it.
Emote chat
Ten emotes — to tease, to praise, or to concede. No typing needed.
Save and resume
Leaving mid-game is fine. An unfinished game is kept for you; come back and carry on from there.
Four themes
Aurora, Sunset, Emerald and Midnight. The board colours stay the same; everything else changes.

Roll a six
A token only leaves the yard on a six. In Quick mode a 1 works too.
Move on the board
Move as many squares as the dice shows. A six earns another turn.
Cut a token
Land on an opponent's token and it goes back to its yard. On a star square it is safe.
Get them home
You need the exact number to enter the centre. All tokens home — the game is yours.

Frequently asked
Is LudoBoard completely free?
Yes. The whole game is free — no subscription, no coins to buy, no hidden charges. The site runs on ads.
Do I have to download anything?
No. The game runs in your browser. You can add it to your home screen like an app if you want, but that is optional.
Can I play with friends?
Yes — in Pass & Play mode 2, 3 or 4 people take turns on the same phone. Online matches against players over the internet are not available yet.
Does it involve money or betting?
Not at all. LudoBoard is for entertainment only. Coins are just an in-game score with no real value, and they cannot be cashed out.
What if my internet drops?
Once the page has loaded the game keeps working offline, because the whole game runs inside your browser.
How do tokens leave the yard?
In Classic mode a token comes out on a six. In Quick mode either a 1 or a 6 works.
Can I continue an unfinished game later?
Yes. The game saves itself as you play. When you come back you'll see a Resume option on the home screen.
